Our Pre/Post Move Process
Prior to cleaning, all items must be completely removed from all areas including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets etc. Extra charges will be applied if done by staff.
If the house or apartment has mildew, mold, a lot of grease, dust, or trash is considered heavy cleaning. The house or apartment has to be completely empty. If furniture is still inside of the place, we will clean around them.
